Between Walls

Between Walls

This work was born from a need to confront the essence of a shelter space: a closed, basic, and simple place, primarily designed to protect against external dangers. Instead of accepting it as it is, I used artistic tools such as photography, lighting, and smoke to transform its appearance and character.

The installation I created challenged the shelter's original design, turning its bare walls into something mysterious and captivating. The space, which was once a place of enclosure and protection, became a realm that liberates the imagination and invites the viewer to enter. In this way, the gray reality of the structure was transformed into a place of creation and fantasy.
